Verilerinizi silme

Micture'da ad, e-posta veya şifreyle hesap açılmaz; size otomatik olarak anonim bir hesap atanır. Ayarlar'dan isteğe bağlı olarak Google hesabınızı bağlamış olabilirsiniz.

Uygulama içinden

1. Ana sayfada sağ üstteki Ayarlar simgesine dokunun.
2. Tüm kayıtlarımı sil'e dokunup onaylayın. Bütün transkript, özet, soru-cevap ve çeviriler kalıcı olarak silinir.
3. İsterseniz Açık rızamı geri çek ile yeni kayıt işlenmesini durdurun. Google hesabı bağladıysanız Çıkış yap ile bu cihazdan ayırın, ardından uygulamayı kaldırın.

Tek bir kaydı silmek için kaydı açıp menüden Kaydı sil'i seçin. Ses kayıtları zaten işlendikten hemen sonra silinir.

E-posta ile

Uygulamayı kaldırdıysanız veya hesabınıza ait kullanım ve rıza kayıtlarının, bağlı Google hesabı bilgisinin de silinmesini istiyorsanız micture.support@gmail.com adresine yazın. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir. Yasal saklama yükümlülüğü olan kayıtlar (ör. satın alma kayıtları) mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanabilir.

Deleting your data

No name, e-mail or password is needed; the app creates an anonymous account automatically. You may have connected a Google account in Settings (optional).

In the app

1. Tap the Settings icon at the top right of the home screen.
2. Tap Delete all my recordings and confirm. All transcripts, summaries, questions and translations are deleted permanently.
3. If you like, use Withdraw my consent to stop new recordings from being processed. If you connected a Google account, use Sign out, then uninstall the app.

To delete a single recording, open it and choose Delete recording from the menu. Audio is already deleted right after processing.

By e-mail

If you have uninstalled the app, or want your usage and consent records and the linked Google account information deleted too, write to micture.support@gmail.com. Requests are completed within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (e.g. purchase records) may be retained for the legally required period.
