Kullanım Şartları
1. Hizmet
Micture, ses kayıtlarını yapay zekâ ile metne çeviren ve özetleyen bir uygulamadır. Hizmet Samet Korkmaz tarafından sunulur. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
2. Yapay zekâ çıktıları
Transkript, özet, cevap ve çeviriler otomatik üretilir; yanlış duyulmuş kelimeler, eksik veya hatalı bilgiler içerebilir. Önemli kararlar için çıktıları kontrol etmeniz gerekir. Hukuki, tıbbi veya mali tavsiye niteliği taşımaz.
3. Kullanıcının sorumlulukları
- Kaydettiğiniz veya yüklediğiniz içerik üzerinde gerekli haklara ve izinlere sahip olmalısınız.
- Başkalarının sesini kaydetmeden önce onları bilgilendirmek ve izin almak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
- Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı amaçlarla, otomatik araçlarla toplu istek göndermek veya sistemi aşırı yüklemek için kullanamazsınız.
4. Ücretsiz plan ve abonelik
Ücretsiz planda aylık sınırlı dakika hakkı vardır. Premium abonelik (sunulduğunda) Google Play üzerinden satın alınır, Google Play koşullarına tabidir ve Google Play hesabınızdan iptal edilene kadar otomatik yenilenir. Kullanılmayan dakikalar sonraki aya devretmez. Aylık sınırlar ve fiyatlar uygulamada gösterilir; değişiklikler önceden duyurulur.
5. Hizmetin sürekliliği
Hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağı garanti edilmez. Bakım, güvenlik veya üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılardan (Google, OpenAI) kaynaklanan kesintiler olabilir. Kötüye kullanım tespit edilirse hesap erişimi kısıtlanabilir.
6. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, yapay zekâ çıktılarındaki hatalardan veya hizmet kesintilerinden doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
7. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklar saklıdır.

Terms of Use
1. The service
Micture is an app that transcribes and summarizes audio recordings with artificial intelligence. It is provided by Samet Korkmaz. By using the app you accept these terms.
2. AI output
Transcripts, summaries, answers and translations are generated automatically and may contain misheard words, missing or wrong information. Check the output before relying on it for important decisions. It is not legal, medical or financial advice.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must have the necessary rights and permissions for the content you record or upload.
- Before recording other people, you are responsible for informing them and getting their permission.
- You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, send automated bulk requests, or try to overload the system.
4. Free plan and subscription
The free plan includes a limited number of minutes per month. A Premium subscription, when offered, is bought through Google Play, is subject to Google Play's terms, and renews automatically until you cancel it in your Google Play account. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next month. Limits and prices are shown in the app; changes are announced in advance.
5. Availability
The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Interruptions may come from maintenance, security work or third-party providers (Google, OpenAI). Access may be restricted if abuse is detected.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damage arising from errors in AI output or from service interruptions.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
